Brisbane = New 'Home'

Guess what!!??

I finally arrived in Brisbane Australia on July 2nd around midnight!!! yahhh!!!! Jess and I were picked up at the airport by our Landlord Cally and taken to our new house - 14 Camona st - its a cute little sharehouse with family houses all around us.. Cally lives on the end of the road.. 2 houses down from us.. talk about weird living SOOOOO close to the landlord... there is a total of 7 of us in the house and jess and i are the youngest ones here... weird!! lol

So fiji... pretty much that was amazing BUT it was so draining because we were moving every 2 days to a different island with all our stuff so it kinda sucked BUT it was way worth it because i dont think id ever do any of that ever again..

jess and i had a couple of scary moments within Fiji BUT the main one was when we got back to port AND we had lunch at hard rock cafe (amazing!) and afterwards we still had like 4 hours until we had to be at the airport and this random guy in a red shirt came up to jess and i and was like 'taxi'?' ....we would need a taxi but not for awhile so we just said no we arent leaving until 430... and he was just like oh okay... 430.. and pretty much just watched us until then... i told jess i would NOT go with him.,. he FREAKED me out... especially when he followed me around whereever i went... i said i dont have a good feeling about him and will not ride with him... jess said she felt the same... and then some other guy came over to us and asked if we needed a taxi and jess and i both were like YES PLEASE!!!!! soo we went with him and well it was scary because he didnt have anything on his taxi saying he was a taxi driver but jess and i said whatever and just rode with him... and well as you can see we made it safely to our new home... thank baby Jesus'!!!! lol

the city is HUGE and i havent a clue where anything is and I pretty much miss everything especially all my clothes because i only brought ONE pair of Pj's ONE pair of jeans and One Sweater... ahhh!!!!! lol

hopefully jess will get her computer from her dad soon so she can upload the pictures from Fiji and i can actually go on the computer since this is my roommates computer and well i kinda feel bad always wanting to be on it.. and well the computer is a german computer so for one the keyboard is different and its in german sooooo lol... sorry for the spelling errors... lol
